The Festival will be free of charge for all visitors, but staging it certainly is not. Our aim is to generate a mid-six-figure sum from voluntary donations alone. The Festival of Light Art is therefore reliant on financial support (in addition to sponsorship and prize money) to both ensure that the volunteer organisers and promoters are not left bearing the costs, and to provide the necessary financial security to plan for next year.
